APRIL SWAP 'TIL YOU DROP AND BLOG GIVE-AWAY

April is with us Spring is in the air, enjoy.

What's the theme and who is our talented guest designer for April, well if you cannot guess by this photo below

Then maybe just maybe you will recognise her avatar....

YES, I hear some of you say and for those who have not had the pleasure of meeting the very lovely and talented Patty you can visit her on her truly amazing creative blog H E R E.
I am so happy that Patty agreed to be our GD she is not only talented but is also a very warm and giving person and I am thrilled to have met her in blog land.
I asked Patty for a little Bio... here is what she said......

I am a self taught mixed media artist living in Virginia just outside of Washington DC. Playing with paper, fibers, photography and more is my idea of fun.

If it holds still, it might get altered.
Giving items like cutlery, old tins and rusty bits a new life is exciting to me.
Nothing goes to waste.

I have enjoyed making a variety of things since I was a girl.
Creating daily …“playing” as I like to call it … is a kind of therapy for me and helps me keep my balance and feel fulfilled.

When I started blogging back in October 2007 I had no idea the lovely connections I would make all around the globe.
There is so much caring and sharing in the mixed media community. I am inspired each and every day and delighted by kind visitors to my Magpie’s Nest Blog.

It is a delightful honor to be invited as April’s “Vintage” Guest Designer.
Thank you so much!
It is 'we' who thank you Patty!
So without further ado lets take a look at Patty's Vintage ATC's

You will agree they are gorgeous and if you would like to be in with a chance of owning one of them then all you have to do is create 5 Vintage ATC's keep one for yourself and send in the other 4 to me to be swapped, email me for more info should you need it.
Now did I mention that Patty is warm and giving well just look what she is giving away to one very lucky winner

Do you like what you see?... I do, but I can only look, I'm not allowed to enter :( ...I am almost green with envy...lol and for that you know you will have to work to be in with a chance of owning this generous give-away.... so what shall I have you do.......Mmmm
It's not difficult, I would just like you to visit Patty's blog H E R E and find me the name of Peter Rabbits book on March 30th
post .... THEN ....email me the answer leave me a comment, all correct names will go into a hat and Marley will pick a winner.
The GIVE-AWAY closes on Thursday 8th at midnight UK time.
GOOD LUCK xxx
Thank you Patty for your time and talent.
ANOTHER big THANK YOU to Nancy our GD for March you did us proud with your Fairy Garden ATC challenge. We hope that your new home is now ready to move into and you can return to some crafting time.
A warm welcome to our new followers and also our newbie swappers.
Hope I have not forgotten anything, it just leaves me to wish you all a very happy Easter holiday.
