Would you just take a look at these from Chris she not only did her sewing but she handmade the felt background....
She also transferred LAA images onto white cotton fabric...and wait for it... the only cotton fabric I had were some white pillow cases...yes, you have guessed it I let her use one of them... Now that's friends for you... but I think I was the lucky one as she showed me step by step how to achieve the transfers.

Debbie's idea of a diet...yum yum

Debbie has joined us for the first time in a very long time her life was soooo busy....due to change she has found time to craft and play with papers once again...

Debbie's idea of using an old Calendar is one I am in love with...well the iet side of it...lol...

Chocolate and cup cakes on certain days of the week for the whole of the year...how good does that sound.

My Breast cancer awareness Pink ATC's

Here are my 'PINK' ATC's for BCA month.

For number's 1 and 4 I used a fabulous pearl pink cardstock which I received from Solance over at Sparkle Dreams click on HERE and see what other lovely goodies she has.

On the second and 3rd one I was playing with paints and gesso to get a textured background.... you will get a better look by clicking on the pictures.

Number 4 'Go bra less' is for the 2 people in my life.... one being my mum at the age of 72 and another a friend ... both lost their breast 5 years ago and despite everything they kept their fantastic SOH throughout the treatment and operation. I am proud of them both.

Did anyone give up anything for their New Years resolution...I have given up Chocolate for the next 3 month!!!! Can I do it????

How many of you used the wrappers from 'Quality Street' and 'Lucky Number's' chocolates at Christmas time to watch the 'Black n White TV' in colour... how funny was that...Coronation Street's Elsie Tanner in wonderful colours.... WHATEVER happened to 'Lucky Numbers' Chocolates.

Hopefully I can keep away from the chocolate as I put too much weight on in the last 7 months and NEED to get it off.... I promise to tell you if I fail on the chocolate front..lol.
