The above 2 ATC's are the work of Annette Keenleyside. The stamps she borrowed from her Mam she tells me, Annette decided on Blackpool and mileage as she had just spent a short break in Blackpool. Here we have 2 of Jessie James number ATC's for those that dont know Jessie she is one of our South African members... hello Jessie I bet you are glad to have your great friend Denise back from her week in the bush...welcome back Denise. Both Denise and Jessie hosted our Dottie last month...and to see what Dottie got up to you can visit thier blogs they are both listed on the right. Watson, M.D., spent many years at this address in London, England, under the rent of Mrs. Hudson. Characters of every type have frequented the rooms of this place, calling on Mr. Holmes for help and assistance on mysteries only the finest criminal detective could unravel. MOTHERS KNOW EVERYTHING Peter invited his mother for dinner, during the course of the meal his Mother couldn't help but notice how lovely Peter's flat mate, Joanne, was.
She had long been suspicious of a relationship between the two, and this only made her more curious. Over the course of the evening, while watching the two interact, she started to wonder if there was more between Peter and his flat mate than met the eye.
Reading his mum's thoughts, Peter volunteered, 'I know what you must be thinking, but I assure you, Joanne & I are just flat mates'.
About a week later, Joanne came to Peter saying, 'ever since your mother came to dinner, I've been unable to find the frying pan, you don't suppose she took it do you?
'Well I doubt it, but I'll e-mail her just to be sure' said Peter. So he sat down and wrote
DEAR MOTHER,I'M NOT SAYING THAT YOU 'DID' TAKE THE FRYING PAN FROM MY HOUSE. I'M NOT SAYING THAT YOU 'DID NOT' TAKE THE FRYING PAN BUT THE FACT REMAINS THAT IT HAS BEEN MISSING EVER SINCE YOU WERE HERE FOR DINNER.

Magpies were Michelles entry to our Numbers theme and I for one would never have thought of this one, 1 for sorrow 2 for joy 3 a girl 4 a boy birds are sooo fashionable at the moment and lets not forget Newcastles United Football Team...The Magpies. The above numbers ATC is mine and anyone who received one of mine in the numbers swap will know that I stained the card with Coffee as the aroma is still on it...lol. The Bridgette Jones' knickers style ATC's above also have an aroma of coffee lol.. they are Chris' entry for the number's challenge...I adore them. AUGUST NOTICE.... there will be NO challenge for August as a small break is needed and our NEXT challenge will be Sept the theme will be MUSIC ...to be with me by the 30th...please make a note in your diary....THANK YOU. Sorry I have been missing for a little while I have been staying at my DD for a few days. Its lovely having the little ones around, I didn't get away without bringing 2 of them back with me... both girls are 13 and cousins...they are at the moment in bed singing and laughing...it's great to hear it in this otherwise very quiet house. OK now lets see... the above ATC's were created by Di Hickman you can visit her over HERE I wasn't lucky enough to get one of Di's lovely ATC's on this occasion but hopefully she will take on another challenge some other time.
